A nerdy Fud AI decision: I let you choose your BMR formula.
Most apps silently pick one. Fud AI lets you use Katch-McArdle (which uses your body-fat % for lean mass) or Mifflin-St Jeor. You also set activity level, weekly rate, weight goal, and body-fat target.
Why expose it? Because the formulas genuinely disagree, and a tracker that hides its math is asking you to trust a black box. This one shows its work.
