Step-by-Step Instructions: How the Autonomous Studio Pipeline Works

We open-sourced every Python script in AIjennings/ariawave-linkedin-studio so you can run or adapt this exact workflow:

Step 1: Dual-Mic Pre-Echo Cancellation Without FFT Wateriness (build_linkedin_v3_clean.py)

When recording in OBS with both an Insta360 X5 (195.4ms internal stitching delay) and a mono USB backup mic (0ms delay), standard spectral denoisers (afftdn) produce watery phase artifacts. Because the USB backup mic is identical on Left and Right channels while the Insta360 X5 uses stereo capsules, one line of NumPy cancels the 195.4ms pre-echo completely:

Step 2: Syllable-Locked Voice Conversion (run_steve_jobs_opening_hook.py)

Instead of robotic Text-to-Speech, we slice the exact 1.10s – 14.20s opening hook and 22.50s – 36.60s keynote core from the dry vocal stem and pass them to ElevenLabs Speech-to-Speech (eleven_multilingual_sts_v2). Every micro-pause, breath, and emphasis stays 100% locked to the human delivery.

Step 3: Context-Preserving Persona Swap (fal-ai/flux-pro/kontext)

We extract the studio pose frame at t=22.50s and prompt Flux Pro Kontext to replace the foreground speaker with 2007-keynote Steve Jobs (black mock turtleneck, round rimless glasses) while keeping the Ford Mustang and alien gunship studio background untouched.

Step 4: Full-Frame Lip-Sync + O(1) Guided Filter Live Matting (build_steve_jobs_max_hook_master.py)

Here is the detail most AI video pipelines miss: if you composite a generated avatar clip directly into a video with a moving background, the background freezes or jumps at the cut points.

  1. We generate the lip-synced Steve Jobs performance via Kling AI Avatar v2 Pro (fal-ai/kling-video/ai-avatar/v2/pro).
  2. We segment Steve Jobs on every frame using MediaPipe Selfie Segmentation refined with an O(1) Guided Filter (r=8, eps=5e-4).
  3. We composite him back over the continuously moving ZOOM_BG_Alien_Mustang_Master_1080p.mp4 frames (33..426 and 675..1098) with an 8-frame holographic RGB scanline morph at the transitions. The alien gunship firing purple plasma and rain outside the window never skip a single frame.
