If your Oculus Quest not showing up on your PC or Mac, don't worry. It's not a big deal. Just type adb devices and permission panel will show up in your Headset. Press Allow Button inside headset. That's it.
You don't have to turn off developer option for accessing the files on your quest. Some people might say to turn this option off, but you don't have to do that.
