"Non-violent communication" by Marshall Rosenberg.
I really like the ideas it presents. It's in line with what I imagine would be a better world, but it's also very practical instead of being purely wishful thinking.
Ideas I would have liked to learn about earlier in my life instead of buying/being raised into this whole hyper-competitive "I'm better than you because..." kind of bullshit.
