I'm Arswaw, and I support women devs.

I will advocate for gender equality by offering mentorship in any way I can. I love to teach people, and this is a meaningful way to do that.

I hope to see my school/work/developer/tech community reflect on their organizational culture and determine what changes they can make to support diversity and inclusion.

My advice for fellow allies is listen and consider that the opportunities you had, may not be the opportunities others have access to. It's up to you to work with them, not look down on them.
