How I followed anti to do list and increased my productivity

Yes!!!You heard it right. Generally, we follow some rituals and methods in order to stay consistent and increase our productivity. But sometimes it's also important to list down the things or actions which we do and kills our productivity.
Earlier I used to write down the things in my Journal which are truly important for me, and which were well aligned to my goals and aspirations.
But sometimes we get stuck in some old, repeated patterns and we drain lot of our time and energy on those patterns and at the end we don't have enough time to achieve our goals.
I recently introspected and sat down with me with my Journal. I jotted down my few patterns of habits which was killing my time and energy such as to be judgmental about others and sometimes to get indulge in someone's life and think that they should act or behave in a certain way.
I daily followed the list of my "Anti Todo List" and believe me it's the best thing that happened to me so far. I am now more aware and focused because I am taking care of my habits or patterns which I should not be doing. I am feeling much better internally, calmer and more stable!!!
