How Much Does a Website Cost in Kharkiv in 2026? 7 Real Quotes

Everyone asks "how much does a website cost" and gets a range so wide it's useless. A studio in Kharkiv quoted 8,000 UAH to a client, another quoted 120,000 UAH for the same "site" word. The difference is not markup - it's scope.

Below are the numbers I actually quote in 2026 for Ukrainian clients, split by what the business needs, plus what changes the price and what never should.

The short answer

What you need Real range (2026) Time
Landing page (one screen + form) 5,000 - 7,000 UAH 2-3 days
Business site (5-8 pages, forms, SEO base) 12,000 - 20,000 UAH 5-10 days
Online store (catalog, payment, delivery logic) 20,000 - 45,000 UAH 10-20 days
Telegram bot for leads 4,000 - 8,000 UAH 3-6 days
Site fix / extra page 2,500 - 4,000 UAH 1-2 days
SEO package (technical + semantic core) 6,000 - 12,000 UAH 7-14 days
Support per month 3,000 - 8,000 UAH ongoing

Why the range, not one price

1. A landing page and a "site" are different products

A landing page has one job: get a phone number or a Telegram contact. One screen, one form, one offer. 5,000 UAH is honest money for that, and it should take 2-3 days.

A business site is a small library of pages that has to survive a year of updates: services, cases, prices, FAQ, blog. Add forms that actually send, analytics that don't lie, SEO basics (title/description, robots, sitemap, canonical, schema), mobile layout and a fast host. That's 12,000-20,000 UAH, and it takes 5-10 days.

2. An online store is a different animal

Catalog, filters, cart, checkout, payment integration, delivery calculation, admin panel, stock, migration from an old catalog. The price is driven by integration count, not by page count. 20,000-45,000 UAH is normal for a small store with one payment provider and one delivery service.

3. Price follows integrations, not pixels

Every external service is a place where the site can break: payment provider, delivery API, CRM, analytics, Telegram, mail. Each one adds real work - setup, testing, error handling, documentation. This is why a "simple" site with a CRM and analytics costs more than a static page, and why comparing only page counts is a mistake.

4. Urgency and rework

A quote that assumes a 50% change rate in the brief is a padded quote. I put one revision round into the price and quote the second round separately. Cheap studios lose money here; expensive studios hide it here. Either way, the number in the contract should say what happens after round one.

What should NOT change the price

  • Text length. A long paragraph doesn't cost more to lay out than a short one. What costs is translation into a page structure with headings, calls to action, and a logical order.
  • Beautiful photos. It's your content; the studio provides layout and compression.
  • "Premium" design." A clean, fast, readable site on a good structure converts better than a heavy animated one. Motion is a separate, explicit task.
  • The domain and hosting. Usually 500-1,500 UAH/year. It's in the quote as a line item, not hidden in the site price.

How I quote (so you can compare studios fairly)

  1. 30-minute brief: who the customer is, what they should do, what the site must do technically.
  2. A written scope: pages, integrations, texts, deadline.
  3. A fixed price for that scope and a deadline. No hourly surprises.
  4. One round of revisions included; the second is quoted separately.
  5. What you get: source files, deployment, analytics set up, and a short handover ("how to change the price on the page yourself").

If a studio won't give you a fixed scope and price, the eventual invoice is already decided - you just don't know the number yet.

Where the money usually goes (my own quotes)

  • 40-50% - layout and markup of every page (this is the slowest part, and it's the part clients underestimate)
  • 15-20% - forms, integrations, analytics, SEO basics
  • 10-15% - deployment, domain, hosting setup, backups
  • 10-15% - revisions and fixes
  • 5-10% - content structure and hints for texts

The cheapest honest way to start

If the budget is 5,000-7,000 UAH: a landing page with a form and a Telegram link. It does what a small business needs on day one (get the call), and you can scale to a full site when the product needs it. A 40,000 UAH site that nobody writes copy for converts worse than a 6,000 UAH landing page with real text.
