In open-source and protocol development, risk isn’t just technical — it’s structural.
Instead of building one large, slow-moving product,I am developing 12 independent project prototypes. Each explores a different problem, UX flow, or technical approach. Some are UI/UX-only, some are testnet-ready with faucet tokens, and others are early concepts not ready for audit yet.
This approach gives developers, users, and supporters real choice:
Test UIs early without backend risk
Experiment on testnet without production pressure
Fund audits only when a project proves value
Our goal is simple: audit first, then launch.
Projects move at different speeds by design. Smaller ones advance faster. Larger ones move slower — but become stronger and audit-ready.
Day 1 update: Lattice DA Demo is now live for UI/UX testing, with testnet integration coming next.
We’ll share frequent updates, code, and learnings as open tools — because resilience is built through iteration, not perfection.
