Phase 1: Create of Signing Profile in AWS Kiro with IAM Identity Center

1. Open the AWS Kiro console, sign up for kiro. Select the identity management source as IAM Identity Center. Then choose the enable option to complete the setup. We can further add the user or group based on the subscription plan. Once the setup completes, we can login to kiro using sign in url with IAM identity center user.

Phase 2: Free Plan Subscription in kiro.dev Site

1. Goto kiro.dev. Next signin using google, github and aws builder id. Then download and install kiro. Then the account should start on the free plan automatically.
