nrich - Find Open ports, vulnerabilities quickly

I had a chance to do some testing with NRICH, super fast command-line tool to analyze IPs, return result in terms of open ports and vulnerabilities!

For my test environment, I installed on Ubuntu 20.04, confirmed it was working as expected.
