Bottom line: my Creem KYC hit a 'document already submitted in another profile' reject at 11pm because I'd used my ID on an old test store in the past. Support email flow to Creem takes 12-72h. In the meantime I built the whole Stripe + Creem dual-provider infra so that one KYC delay doesn't block the launch.
