I am personally the author of this chrome extension that turns every image on every webpage into the same picture of Dave Coulier.
The extension is from 8 years ago and is a little flakey when I just installed it and tested it. It was a quick-and-dirty approach in 2014, and today is even more flakey due to a much more asynchronous web. If I were rewriting it today I'd take a much different approach.
... But anyway, the best way to use this type of extension is as a prank on an unsuspecting friend. It can act as a good lesson in personal security to always shut your laptop when you walk away.

I agree with you, the internet has changed quite a bit since 2014.
