Absolutely! I personally listen to a lot of audiobooks because I struggle with attention in general and being in an environment where I could be coding or otherwise goofing off on my computer exacerbates things. I put in an audiobook and get out of the house for a walk. I don't think it offers all the relaxing benefits of reading a physical book, but it has proven to be an awesome activity in a lot of ways.
