For everybody's info we do plan on adding more technology badges to the ones we have. We picked some popular tags to start.
Likely everyone is seeing badges they feel are missing.
We have a few other badges coming too.
And the Pusher badges cannot be achieved because it was a one time contest. Very rare 😄
Oddly, my account is now 1.5 years old and I never seem to have received the 1 year club badge. Are there other requirements for it?
is there a possibility to contribute with badges as PR?

For existing badge issue. Feel free to open an issue for a hypothetical badge. We don't currently have an explicit process for the design portion of badges, but now that you mention it I'll work to come up with one.
