There are a lot more books about distinctively less technical topics in tech, but I feel like all of these have a lot of interesting technical merit, and all are good reads.
Ghost in the Wire is great - reads like a thriller, and gives lots of examples of social engineering. I wrote about it here: Social Engineering from Kevin Mitnick
