There's a nickname for that, it's called the "Plot-O-Matic system", you know where they instantly have cool hacking graphics on screen with big countdowns and progress bars during the hack scenes, the actor simply banging away on a keyboard that's not connected and they shout things like "It's the router having an ARP cache failure downturn during the DNS flush to the mainframe cloud resiliency service!", writers just pick up the Collins book of IT definitions and look for cool words for dialogue! Haha!
