My oldest active email address (a hotmail address) is turning 30 this year…my Gmail address will be 20 this year. Crazy that those have been constant in a life that has been anything but.
(I would also like to take this opportunity to say I really enjoy Meme Monday and I wish it were more inclusive. Please everyone, let's write meaningful image descriptions to let screenreader users in on our jokes!)
Ingo Steinke is a Berlin-based senior web developer focusing on front-end web development to create and improve websites and make the web more accessible, sustainable, and user-friendly.
Most importantly, either the screen or some part of its UI must always face away from the user in an awful AI-generated meme, like this dude, trying to make sense of ChatGPT 😎🤓🤪
Hi, I'm calvin! I'm a junior electrician/web dev with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. I'm excited to be a part of the DEV Community, where I can connect with like-minded.
I worked once with CPython on C level, and, as I remember, for numbers it uses C primitives. So, I don't understand what necessity to cast something in CPython, if we only have C primitives or CPython classes as types? I would like to have an explanation from the author of that meme, what did he mean, or, maybe, I understand something wrong.
I've been a professional C, Perl, PHP and Python developer.
I'm an ex-sysadmin from the late 20th century.
These days I do more Javascript and CSS and whatnot, and promote UX and accessibility.
This is so evil. I would have an absolute meltdown trying to debug this lol.

Fantastic! That would drive me nuts! 😆

I love it!

My active e-mail address (and domain name) is turning 30 as well. I've only had 2 other addresses for special reasons over the years.
This is great

Let's kick things off with this week's AI-generated meme.
This image — while sort of creepy in content — is pretty well executed tbh
Comparatively — yes 😅

This is just muten roshi looking at "stuff" on his second inside-screen.
don't understand
Me and my Neocities project with 90's style
Not exactly a meme, but a silly comic I drew the other day:
did frodo just open a new tab
Yes. It opened it in a new tab. Then changed to that tab. 😓
Today's comiCSS:
Wow, is that really so?
No

The real question should be "Is the team expanding? or will you lay me off in 2 weeks?"
