json w/ comments is a language in vscode, not even an extension, its own entire language

In vscode one of the included languages is "json with comments" it's just what it sounds like. Json with comments.
The official JSON specification (RFC 8259) makes it clear that comments are not part of the format.
JSON with comments (JSONC) is a superset of it. Non-standard.
