MBG Express provides guaranteed time-bound delivery for eligible shipments transported via Surface, Rail, or Air. If a shipment is not delivered within the committed delivery schedule, TCI EXPRESS will provide a 100% refund of the base freight charge, giving customers complete peace of mind and assurance with every shipment.

Terms & Conditions
MBG ensures a 100% refund of the base freight charge (excluding GST) if an eligible shipment is delivered after the committed delivery date.
The MBG service is available for Surface, Rail, and Air shipments within selected serviceable pin codes.
The minimum freight applicable under MBG is:
Surface: ₹1,000
Rail: ₹2,500
Air: ₹3,000
The maximum weight per package is 30 kg, and only carton box packaging is accepted under the MBG programme.
Shipments containing prohibited goods are not eligible for MBG.
MBG bookings must be completed before 5:00 PM (cut-off time).
Refund claims must be submitted by email to mbg@tciexpress.in within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within the applicable processing timeline.
MBG refunds are not applicable in cases of delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, including natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, strikes, road blockages, political or administrative restrictions, incorrect shipment information, receiver-related issues, customer-requested delivery changes, or any other force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s maximum and aggregate liability under the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) shall be strictly limited to the refund of the base freight charges actually paid for the concerned shipment. Under no circumstances shall TCI EXPRESS be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, economic, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
Jurisdiction
All disputes arising under or in connection with the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
