AutomationWorkflows.io - A Marketplace to Buy & Sell Automation Workflows

If you work with Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or other automation tools, you’ve probably noticed something frustrating:

You keep building the same automation workflows again and again.

Lead capture.
CRM sync.
Webhook handling.
Notifications.
Data enrichment.

Most of the logic is reusable — but the workflows usually end up locked inside one-off client projects.

So I decided to build something around that idea.

🚀 Introducing AutomationWorkflows.io

AutomationWorkflows.io is a marketplace where:

  • Automation builders can sell ready-made workflows
  • Businesses can buy proven automation workflows
  • Workflows become reusable digital products, not disposable projects

💡 Why This Exists

As an automation builder, I kept seeing the same pattern:

  • Builders recreate similar workflows for different clients
  • Businesses pay repeatedly for the same automation logic
  • There’s no simple way to productize automation work

In other industries, reusable work becomes products:

  • Code → libraries
  • Design → templates
  • Content → courses

So why not automation workflows?

🧩 What You Can Do on AutomationWorkflows.io

For Automation Builders

  • Sell Make.com, n8n, or Zapier workflows
  • Turn client-tested automations into sellable products
  • Monetize automation expertise beyond hourly work
  • List workflows with no upfront cost (commission-based)

For Buyers

  • Browse ready-made automation workflows
  • Save time by buying instead of building from scratch
  • Adapt proven workflows to your own systems
  • Get started faster with real-world automation logic

⚙️ What Kind of Workflows Fit Best?

Some examples that work well as reusable workflows:

  • Lead capture and routing automations
  • CRM and spreadsheet syncs
  • Webhook-based integrations
  • Notification and alert systems
  • Data enrichment and cleanup flows

Not every workflow is reusable — but many are more reusable than we think.

🧠 Who This Is For

  • Automation freelancers
  • No-code / low-code builders
  • Automation agencies
  • Founders automating internal operations
  • Businesses looking for ready automation solutions

🧪 Early Stage, Open to Feedback

AutomationWorkflows.io is still early, and this is very much an experiment.

I’m actively looking for feedback from:

  • People who build automations
  • People who buy automation services
  • Anyone curious about workflow marketplaces

If you have thoughts, ideas, or concerns — I’d genuinely love to hear them.

Final Thought

Automation tools help us move faster.

But real leverage comes when we stop rebuilding the same things and start sharing what already works.

Maybe automation workflows don’t have to be one-off projects anymore.
