Suggest some resources for reinforcement learning...

I am very interested in the field of RL and want to learn more about it. To give a bit of background on my knowledge about ml. I have covered basic topics of ML and DL like regression, SVMs, trees, perceptron, activation functions, CNNs, LSTMs, transfer learning etc.

So from here I want to focus on RL. Any thoughts??
