I’m Bo Gentile — founder of TG Motorsports, lifelong gearhead, and a performance-first builder with a serious passion for innovation in racing.
While most people see racing as just speed and noise, I’ve always seen it as engineering in motion — a platform for testing mechanical creativity, systems thinking, and pure grit.
From Passion to Precision: The TG Motorsports Journey
TG Motorsports didn’t start as a business — it started in a garage. I spent late nights under the hood, asking one question:
“How far can we push this machine… and still keep it reliable?”
That mindset turned into a method. One car became a client. One build turned into a brand. Today, we build high-performance muscle cars — especially Hellcats and Redeyes — that are not just fast, but flawless under pressure.
Engineering Meets Adrenaline
Whether you're tuning software or torque converters, the principles are surprisingly similar:
- Iterate fast
- Measure everything
- Respect the process
In racing, you can’t fake results. The dyno doesn't lie. The track tells the truth. And that’s exactly why I love it.
Lessons from the Shop Floor (That Apply to Tech)
Consistency beats hype
A flashy build means nothing if it can’t hold up over time.
Details win races
Just like in software, bugs in the system (or the suspension) cost you real time.
Teamwork builds faster
The best projects (and fastest cars) are built by aligned teams who trust the mission.
