Binance Withdrawal Still Pending? What to Check Now

If your Binance withdrawal is still pending after the October hack, open your withdrawal history in the Binance app first and look for a transaction ID (TxID). No TxID means the funds have not left Binance, so only Binance can move it forward, and nobody can legitimately speed it up for a fee. A TxID means the transfer was sent, and you can follow it yourself on a public block explorer.

This guide was written on November 5, 2026. The situation is changing, so treat Binance's own app and status page as the final word. BOTLAB is not affiliated with Binance.

What is confirmed so far

Press reports say Binance paused withdrawals after a theft in late October and began restoring them in phases on November 1:

  • Withdrawals had been paused since October 29, according to WinBuzzer.
  • The restart began at 06:00 UTC on November 1, and the first 15 networks and assets in the initial phase were back by 12:36 UTC, according to CNBC and Bitcoin.com News.
  • Testing continued for networks and assets outside that first phase, and delays were still possible on routes that had reopened.
  • Binance said it will absorb the financial impact of the theft rather than pass it on to users, according to CNBC.
  • Binance directed customers with pending withdrawals to check the app, according to Bitcoin.com News.

We could not confirm the full list of open routes for today. Check the Binance deposit and withdrawal status page for your exact coin and network.

Why is my Binance withdrawal still pending?

A pending withdrawal has one of three common explanations right now.

1. Your coin or network has not reopened

Withdrawals returned in phases, so USDT on one network can be open while USDT on another is still closed, so check the network you actually selected, not just the coin.

2. The request is waiting inside Binance

Delays are possible even on routes that have reopened. If you see no TxID, nothing has reached the blockchain yet, and no outside tool can see it.

3. The transfer was sent and is confirming

Once a TxID appears, the funds have left Binance. What is left depends on the network and the receiving wallet.

How to check your withdrawal step by step

  1. Open only the official Binance app or a website address you typed yourself. Do not use a link from a message.
  2. Go to your withdrawal history and open the transaction.
  3. Note the status, network, destination address and TxID.
  4. No TxID: check the status page for that network. If the route is open and the request has not moved for an unusual time, contact in-app support.
  5. TxID present: paste it into the block explorer for that exact network and check whether it is confirmed.
  6. Confirmed, but the wallet shows nothing: work through the next section.

Worked example

This is an illustration, not a real case. Imagine you withdrew USDT on the Tron network to your own wallet. The history shows a TxID and the explorer shows it as confirmed, but your wallet app shows no USDT.

The transfer did arrive on-chain. The usual cause is that the wallet is not displaying that token, or is looking at a different network. Adding the token or switching network in the wallet normally makes the balance visible. No fee and no "recovery service" is involved.

The transfer is confirmed but the money is not showing

Check these in order:

  • Wrong network view. Your wallet may be showing a different chain from the one you sent on.
  • Token not displayed. Some wallets hide tokens until you add them.
  • The destination is another exchange. That exchange may need more confirmations, or it may have its own delays.
  • A required memo or tag is missing. Some deposits to exchanges need one, for example on XRP Ledger or TON. Contact the receiving exchange's support through its official app.

If the destination is your own wallet, you can also scan the address free with StuckScan. It reads public on-chain data and shows what the address holds, plus anything staked, locked or ready to claim.

Be clear about what it cannot do: StuckScan cannot see your Binance account or a withdrawal that is still inside Binance. It also does not check bridges, most DeFi other than Aave v3, or Solana stake accounts on the web page, so an empty result is not proof that nothing is there. Use it only after funds have reached a public address.

Scams to watch for right now

This is the part most likely to cost you real money. Binance warned that scammers may exploit this period, according to Bitcoin.com News, and its message on queue offers was blunt: "Anyone promising to expedite it for a fee is scamming you."

The same report lists what Binance says it does not do:

  • It does not start contact with you about your account or funds.
  • It does not sell places in a withdrawal queue or charge to unlock a network or asset.
  • It does not ask for passwords, 2FA codes or seed phrases.
  • It does not send unsolicited links about eligibility, status or compensation.

Treat these as warning signs:

  • A direct message, email, group chat or small transfer with a note offering faster withdrawals or compensation.
  • Any site that asks you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction to "claim" something.
  • Anyone offering "priority processing" or a "vault" for your funds.

Binance says it has an official verification page for checking channels, accounts and websites. Reach it from inside the official app or site, not from a link someone sent you.

If you already signed something or shared a code, stop interacting with that site. Move any remaining funds from that wallet to a new one you control, change your Binance password and 2FA, and contact support inside the app.

FAQ

Is my money gone if my withdrawal is still pending?

A pending status alone does not tell you that. It means the transfer has not finished. Binance has said it will absorb the theft's financial impact, but we cannot verify any individual account, so rely on what your app shows.

Can anyone speed up my Binance withdrawal?

Not for a fee. Binance says it does not sell queue places or charge to unlock withdrawals, so treat any such offer as a scam.

Can a wallet scanner find a withdrawal that has no TxID?

No. Without a TxID, nothing is on the blockchain yet, so any tool claiming to find it is misleading you.

Should I cancel a pending withdrawal and try again?

Only if the official app offers that option for your request. Before you retry, check the status page so you do not choose a route that is still closed.

Key takeaways

  • No TxID means the funds are still inside Binance; a TxID means you can track the transfer yourself.
  • Check the exact network as well as the coin, because withdrawals reopened in phases.
  • Never pay a fee, sign a transaction or share a code to unlock a withdrawal.
  • Use only the official app, and rely on it over any article, including this one.
