Age Requirement
Alcohol purchase by persons under the age of 21 years is prohibited by law. You must be at least or over 21 years of age to purchase wine, liquors or alcoholic mixers from our store. When you place an order on our website, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions that you are over the age of 21 years and that the person the products are being delivered to is over the age of 21 years. We reserve full rights to asking for proof of age before we process your order.
We do not ship wine to APO addresses or PO Boxes. Someone over the age of 21 years must be available to sign for the package when it arrives, or else the package will not be left.
Shipping Options
All shipping and delivered orders will be confirmed by email during business hours within 1 business day. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you via email.
We use the following fulfillment methods:
- Pick up In-Store
- Local Delivery (Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester only)
- FedEx – Ground / Priority Overnight / 2Day
- UPS Ground / 3 Day Select / Next Day Air
Home Delivery
We offer $10 home delivery on orders over $160 to Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester. In many cases the delivery may be possible same day, but preferred at least 1 business day. The following terms & conditions apply for home delivery:
- Minimum orders of $160.00 (before tax) for local deliveries.
- A delivery charge of $10.00 will be applied.
- A $10.00 fee will be charged for missed deliveries to be re-delivered.
- Same delivery will sometimes be possible but preferred at least 1 business day
