I know next to nothing about programming languages but I've decided to change that narrative this year. I am just learning JS theory and also practicing via the grasshopper app till I can get a laptop to extend my practice. I am a newbie, I want to learn, grow and get better.
Enki is an app that I used a lot in the past and I heard solo learn is also a good app for learning on the go.
I would push more for YouTube tutorials though and actual practice on your own.
If you feel out of ideas, there are websites such as hackerrank where you can practice your skills and learn from other people (on hackerrank there is a discussion tab that will teach you more than the actual problem)

Do you have a phone? There are some apps you can use to learn and practice JS on your phone (without a laptop).
