Building a Real-Time B2B Hiring-Intent & Lead Enrichment Pipeline with MCP, Claude Desktop, and n8n

Most outbound B2B pipelines fail because they rely on stale static databases instead of live company intent signals (like engineering or GTM job openings posted today on Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and real-time DNS/MX verification.

To solve this without expensive headless browsers, I built the @apexsignal B2B Intelligence Suite — a 5-Actor HTTP/DNS microservice fleet on Apify with native Model Context Protocol (MCP) support (mcp.apify.com + stdio MCP server), a 1-click Free SKILL.md on Agensi.io, and a ready-to-import n8n workflow.
