We have been running BuyWhere for 2 months now, pulling live prices from 7 Singapore retailers (Apple Store SG, Shopee SG, Lazada SG, Amazon.sg, Challenger, Best Denki, Harvey Norman). Here is what we are seeing:

• Shopee SG leads on price for 6 of the top 10 laptop SKUs - often 10-15% below retail
• Amazon.sg wins on availability and shipping speed for US imports
• Challenger and Best Denki competitive on newer releases, especially Apple
• Lazada SG strong on mid-range ASUS and Acer models

The biggest gap we found: ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED at SGD 1,199 on Shopee SG vs SGD 1,549 at ASUS Store SG. That is SGD 350 savings.
