need help azure deployment went wrong error message 404. can't figure out what's the trouble logs all clean...

There is not enough information here to provide any advice. What kind of site have you deployed? What does the source code look like? How have you configured your Azure services?
I would suggest a site like Stack Overflow (a Q&A community) is better for this kind of discussion rather than DEV (a blogging and sharing site). You'll need to provide technical details there and show what you've tried to resolve the issue.
