SICKO PSYCHO Films LLC is an independent studio in Shaw, Mississippi, launching its debut horror feature SICKO PSYCHO: My Name Is toward 2,000 theaters.
The constraint is familiar to every indie: a $406,080.80 production cannot out-spend a studio. So we took the other path — we built an autonomous AI operating system to run the studio itself.
What the system actually does
- Nine AI employees handle outreach, distribution tracking, SEO, and reporting.
- LangGraph orchestrates stateful, retryable workflows with checkpoints, so a failed step resumes instead of restarting.
- A verification stack — witness, validation, and proof layers — so nothing counts as done unless it is independently proven.
- A decisions-model quality gate scores content against a rubric before it ships.
Why verification matters more than generation
Anyone can generate text. The hard part is knowing whether the work is real. Our operating rule is blunt: green metrics prove nothing — only a traced, end-to-end traversal counts as proof. That single discipline is what makes an autonomous system trustworthy enough to run a studio's operations.
