This is a remote contract role, open to candidates based in the US or Latin America, with a path to full-time for strong performers.
What you'll do:
Build, maintain, and improve software applications across the stack — current projects mostly involve [main stack, e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, Python], though we value versatility across technologies
Collaborate directly with the team daily — clear communication is part of the job
Write clean, maintainable code and deliver consistently in a remote environment

- 5+ years of hands-on development experience — any stack welcome
- A strong GitHub profile or portfolio (this carries real weight here — more than your resume)
- Strong written and spoken English (we work in English daily)
- Reliable, motivated, and available to start soon
- CS degree is a plus, never a requirement
