Removing repeated list items

Set are unordened collection, partially imutable and that have can to add or remove elements.
I use the set() type to remove repeated array items and print them.

List=["Natália","Elisa","Joana","Elisa","Barbara","John","Barbara"]
names = set(List)
print(names)
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

You still .update() and .discard() items, like:

names.add("Luna")
names.discard("Natália")
print(names)
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode
