As a manager my focus is to enhance three pillars;system reliability operation excellence and team enablement. I led large technical teams and partnered with the global business stakeholders for delivery of stable

and cost-efficient platforms. I manage cross-functional teams of around 40 members I ensure with owner ship models encourage incident management & ICA culture. I promote proactive communication with our stakeholders
and establish/create a strong release management and deployment governance model involved in monitoring key metrics
