Very very off topic. But what is the significance of .to in dev.to? Why not any other TLD or other domain?

Is it registered in Tonga?

Just asking anyone for a solid answer.Any specific idea behind this

Just like the .io domain, .to began being used by tech startups. Its easy to remember and TO its a preposition in English which can help.
But that's my guess.
