Create an app to do language-to-text processing of a sound sample you read, then take the text by a voice generating services, have a microphone hooked to it record what is being said and send the generated voice sample via a live caching service on a wifi IoT device which is connected to Bluetooth speaker which in turn relays the info to another bluetooth access point and back to a speaker to hear what you just said in a robotic voice.
