BIND Experts AHOY!

Hi there, everyone

Newbie here. Please be gentle :D

Anyone expert on BIND setup to allow recursion from outside the LAN but set up to only allow recursion from specific IP ranges?

I have set up an alternate primary name server to replace our aging unit but can I get it to allow ANY queries at all? Nah!

Any help would be appreciated.
