How did you get your first client on Fiverr/Upwork?

I’m a developer trying to get started on Fiverr and Upwork, but I’m struggling to land my first client since I don’t have any ratings or reviews yet. I know everyone starts somewhere, but it feels like a chicken-and-egg situation—clients want experience, but I need clients to get experience.

For those of you who’ve been through this, how did you get your first client? Did you do anything specific, like lowering prices, offering free work for reviews, or just being patient?
