At aged 10, I deleted the autoexec.bat file on my family's new PC... my mum said either I fixed it or we'd have no computer, so I hacked away until I had it fixed and was hooked!
Being from a small country town in Australia, being a coder was unusual, let alone a girl coder! But I never really thought it was that out there, until I got to uni and into the workforce and realised how few of us there are!
I'm excited about...
Front end development! So many cool frameworks and tools, lots of fun toys to play with!
My advice for other women who code is...
Always be encouraging to others and generous with your time.
