In the latest edition of our series The Story, we talked with Dr Thomas French who is the CTO at data science company Sandtable in London.
We asked Thomas about Sandtable's company culture, and he had a really interesting response:
"We are a company dominated by introverts. We're quite a deliberative and academic crowd, but also collaborative. It's been an ongoing process figuring out how best to collaborate given different types of personalities."
In the world of data science, it's important to be detailed-orientated, but does that favour introverts over extroverts?
