The Clarity Coach's Saturday Challenge: Write Your 90-Day Vision in 15 Minutes

Most people know roughly what they want — but they've never written it down. Not clearly. Not with a deadline attached.

That fuzzy feeling of "I should be further along" or "I'm not sure what I'm building toward" — that's not a motivation problem. That's a clarity problem.

And it's completely fixable. Today.

The Challenge

Spend 15 minutes writing your 90-day vision. Right now. This morning.

Here's the exact prompt:

It's June 28th, 2026. You're sitting down with a coffee and you feel genuinely good about where you are. What happened in the last 90 days? What did you finish? What did you stop doing? What are you proud of?

Write it in past tense, as if it already happened. Be specific. Don't write "I got healthier" — write "I trained four times a week and lost 8 pounds." Don't write "I grew my business" — write "I signed three new clients at $2,000/month."

Give yourself 5 minutes per area:

  • Work / Career — What did you build, ship, or complete?
  • Health / Energy — What habits actually stuck?
  • Relationships / Life — What improved in how you connect?

What Happens When You Do This

Something shifts.

When you write a vision in past tense, your brain stops treating it as a wish and starts treating it as a memory to create. Psychologists call it episodic future thinking — and it's one of the most evidence-backed tools for behaviour change.

You also get clarity on what not to do. Most people are busy, not productive. Writing out what 90-day success actually looks like makes it obvious which of today's tasks matter — and which are just noise.

This isn't journaling for the sake of journaling. It's a targeting system.

One Rule

Don't edit while you write. Set a 15-minute timer. Write fast, write messy, get it out. You can refine later — but the raw first draft is where the real insight lives.

Do it before the day fills up.
