One of the things I like to do is explicitly asking for honest feedback. I always tell the company that I want to understand myself better, improve and don't make the same mistakes and 99% of the time, the companies that rejected you will give very good feedback.
Do not give up. There are 1000000 opportunities out there and few rejections are not going to define you as a person and software engineer!
If you get an interview at all, you're promising. If you get anywhere beyond the first interview, you're probably qualified. As a mentor and an internship supervisor, I try to remind people of that.
