Open the Steam Launcher program

Once in the interface, click on the Steam menu

When it is displayed, click on: Parameters.

This will open a window in which you will have to go to the section: In the game .

Multiple functions will be displayed in the main part of the window.

Locate the one that says: FPS counter in the game

Click on the dropdown menu and select one of the 4 available options:

Up to the left
Up to the right
Down left
Bottom right.

Once you have indicated the position where you want the frame counter to be placed, you can also check the option: High contrast color.

Finally, you only have to click OK to save the changes of the new configuration.

From this moment when we play a Steam video game, it will show the number of frames per second in the indicated place on the screen.

Note : The High Contrast Color feature allows the frame counter to be easily visible regardless of the background color of the game .
