Nice article! Never heard of Civo. How does it compare to GKE or running applications on AWS ec2?
Thanks for the question! GKE allows you to spin up a K8s cluster on GCP but requires more configuration in exchange for a more robust K8s cluster. Civo clusters are all about being lightweight and easy to manage. Same goes for AWS EKS.
However, running just on AWS EC2 instances doesn't involve a Kubernetes cluster, so it's harder to maintain your apps manually. EC2 is a "part" of AWSs EKS cluster - EC2 provides your worker nodes where your applications run
