When I mentor junior developers, one thing I've noticed is how eye-opening it's been for them to see how I approach solving programming problems. So, I made this video series where I walk through the process of fixing a bug in the dev.to site from beginning to end.
There are a few prerequisites for this, you don't need to know much but you will need basic familiarity with Ruby, Rails and HTML to follow.
The videos are unscripted and I've made some ridiculous mistakes in there but it's all part of the process!
