π MyZubster: From One Admin to a 19βIssue Legend in One Hour
A few weeks ago, MyZubster was a solo project.
One admin, a few repositories, and a vision for a decentralized green ecosystem.
Today, I want to share a story that I still can't fully believe.
π The Legendary Run
In the span of one hour, a single contributor β @foxxx009 β claimed 19 open issues across 3 repositories in the MyZubster ecosystem.
That's not a typo.
19 issues. 3 repositories. 1 hour.
They went through myzubster (14 issues), MyZubsterGateway (1 issue), and myzubster-docs (4 issues) β systematically clearing a massive part of the backlog.
I have been running open-source projects for years, and I have never seen anything like this.
π± What This Means for MyZubster
This is not just about numbers. It's about momentum.
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Active contributors | 2 | 5+ |
| Issues claimed in 1 hour | 0 | 19 |
| Repositories covered | 1 | 3 |
| Project maturity | Early | Active ecosystem |
MyZubster has moved from a solo project to a community-driven ecosystem in less than a week.
π§ The Technical Foundation
This momentum is built on a solid technical base:
- β Gateway Backend live on Render with multisig 2/3
- β
Website live on
www.myzubster.com(Vercel) - β Escrow API (Flask) with x402 + Boson + reviews
- β AI Bot tested on The AI Breakroom and Character.AI
- β $MYZ Token ready for deployment on Base
The infrastructure is ready. The community is active. The backlog is shrinking.
π What's Next
- π Deploy $MYZ token on Base
- π Configure AgentCore to accept $MYZ and USDC
- π Review and merge the upcoming PRs from @foxxx009
- π Integrate Escrow API into the Gateway

π¬ Final Thought
MyZubster is no longer a "project."
It's a movement.
One hour. One contributor. 19 issues.
The ecosystem is alive, and it's growing fast.
If you ever doubted that open-source communities can move quickly β this is your proof.
