๐Ÿ“บ MyZubster Comes to Google TV: First Debug Build Available

MyZubster is expanding beyond the web.

Today we published the first experimental MyZubster build for Google TV / Android TV, opening the door to a new way of experiencing the ecosystem on the biggest screen in the home.

This is not a production release yet. It is Debug Build 001, published as a prerelease for testing, development, and feedback.

๐ŸŒฑ Why Google TV?

MyZubster is built around a simple idea: make community activity, environmental data, contributions, and shared knowledge easier to see and understand.

A TV creates a very different experience from a phone or laptop.

It can become a space for:

๐ŸŒ environmental and territorial information
๐ŸŒฑ community initiatives and local activity
๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ maps and ecosystem visualizations
๐Ÿค– Zorgax-powered experiences
๐Ÿ“Š dashboards and informative content
๐ŸŽฎ future interactions designed for remote control and large screens

The goal is not simply to put a web app on a television.

The goal is to explore what MyZubster can become when the main interface is a shared screen in the home.

๐Ÿงช Debug Build 001

The first APK is now available as a GitHub prerelease.

Build: google-tv-debug-001
APK: app-debug.apk
Size: approximately 3.35 MiB
Type: development/debug build

MyZubster Google TV โ€” Debug Build 001 on GitHub

โš ๏ธ Important

This APK is a development build.

It is not yet a production-ready Google TV release and should not be presented as a finished consumer application.

We are publishing it openly because we want the development process to remain transparent: builds, code, documentation, experiments, and future concepts should remain clearly distinguishable from production-ready functionality.

๐Ÿš€ What Comes Next?

This first build gives us a foundation for a more concrete TV roadmap:

Debug Build โ†’ real-device testing โ†’ remote-control navigation โ†’ TV UX improvements โ†’ ecosystem integration โ†’ release candidate

One of the most interesting questions is how Zorgax should work on a large screen without simply copying the mobile experience.

Google TV could become a new window into the MyZubster ecosystem.

This is only Build 001.
