MyZubster is evolving: DAO, Zorgax, Open Community and the road to LIFE 2027
Over the last few days, we have been moving MyZubster from a collection of open-source components toward a more structured, public and verifiable ecosystem.
The objective is simple:
build in public, document what is real, automate what can safely be automated, and keep human verification where it matters.
🌍 MyZubster is becoming an Open Community
We have strengthened the public entry point for contributors.
Developers, designers, photographers, researchers, translators, testers and other contributors can explore the ecosystem and participate through GitHub without requiring a private invitation.
The current participation paths include:
Develop · Create · Observe · Research · Test · Participate
We also created a public Community Activity layer designed around an evidence-first principle.
A repository view is interest.
A reproducible test, PR, review or documented contribution is evidence.
Independent integrations and real-world pilots require stronger proof.
This distinction matters because we don't want to inflate adoption numbers.
🏛️ DAO governance is now exposed publicly
We have also introduced a public DAO area in the MyZubster web ecosystem.
The DAO architecture is being designed around transparent governance boundaries rather than uncontrolled automation.
Zorgax can support analysis, evidence preparation and workflow orchestration, but consequential governance and treasury operations remain subject to explicit controls and human review.

🤖 Zorgax is becoming the automation layer
Zorgax is evolving into an orchestration layer connecting MyZubster workflows with research, data processing and evidence generation.
For the environmental track, the architecture we're developing follows a pipeline similar to:

The important rule is that automation must not silently become authority.
Zorgax may automate bounded processing and prepare evidence, but it should not invent missing measurements, approve scientific claims or publish restricted partner data.
🌱 Preparing the LIFE 2027 direction
At the same time, we are preparing the environmental side of MyZubster around a potential LIFE 2027 pathway.
This is currently pre-candidature work — not an approved LIFE project and not EU-funded activity.
The work completed so far includes:
working concept documentation;
consortium-role modelling;
environmental data architecture;
KPI and evidence workflow;
Zorgax LIFE automation specifications;
partner-data onboarding specifications;
scientific validation questions;
first-pilot architecture.
We are now discussing how external scientific, technical and territorial actors could participate in a first controlled pilot.

One working vertical slice is more valuable to us than ten speculative integrations.
📊 Public evidence instead of vanity metrics
We also started exposing verifiable GitHub community activity publicly.
MyZubster will not attempt to identify passive visitors.
Website analytics and public GitHub contributions are treated as two different signals:

→ attributable public participation
Independent reproducible evidence
→ stronger adoption signal
Real authorized deployment/pilot
→ operational evidence
A new public GitHub entry point allows external contributors to submit reproducible evidence and tests.
Our first community target is 10 independent first-time validations, followed by an independently reproduced smoke demo and eventually an externally evidenced integration or deployment.

Some components are operational, others are experimental, and LIFE 2027 remains a planning direction rather than an approved project.
That distinction is intentional.
We want the repository, tests, deployments and independent evidence to tell the story — not promotional claims.
