AviaGames GDC: From Startup to 10-Year Milestone in Skill-Based Gaming

As GDC 2026 approaches, AviaGames Inc. is making its first official appearance at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, during a year that also marks the company’s 10th anniversary.

The company will be exhibiting at Booth #656, near Tencent Games and Keywords Studios, and will join PayPal and Meta for two speaking sessions focused on payments, partnerships, and long-term growth in competitive mobile gaming. Attendees can stop by the booth to discuss partnerships and career opportunities or book a meeting through the GDC Festival app.

AviaGames will be at GDC 2026 in San Francisco from March 9–13, connecting with industry leaders to showcase the future of skill-based gaming.

What Is AviaGames?

Founded in 2016 in a Mountain View garage by AviaGames CEO Vickie Chen and co-founder Ping Wang, since then, the company has grown into a Bay Area–based mobile gaming company focused on skill-based competition and fair match systems. The company has surpassed 60 million downloads and hosts more than 450 million tournaments each month.

Its portfolio includes more than 15 titles, led by their flagship title, Solitaire Clash, along with games such as Bingo Tour, Bingo Clash, and 8 Ball Strike. Women represent over 40% of the team, including leadership roles, and CEO Vickie Chen was named a finalist for Best Female CEO of the Year at the 2025 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Beyond gaming, AviaGames has supported community initiatives including Play for Paws with the Nevada SPCA and Wonderland Wishes in partnership with Foster Love.

AviaGames at GDC 2026

As the company approaches its 10-year anniversary, GDC 2026 provides an opportunity to connect face-to-face with developers, partners, and industry leaders.

While AviaGames is known for skill-based real money games, its GDC focus extends beyond gameplay. The team will be discussing the systems that support those experiences , including payment infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and talk about topics that help maintain player trust and retention over time.

Booth #656 will be open:

March 11–12: 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM
March 13: 10:00 AM — 3:00 PM
The space will serve as a hub for partnership discussions, business development conversations, and recruitment for open positions.

In addition to the booth, AviaGames GDC will feature two speaking sessions during the conference.

AviaGames & PayPal: Payments and Player Experience

Session Title: From Win to Wallet: Rethinking Player Experience in Skill-Based Gaming

In collaboration with PayPal, this session will explore how payment and payout systems influence player trust and retention. The discussion will focus on why speed, reliability, and transaction clarity matter — and how these details shape the overall player experience.

AviaGames & Meta: Growth Through Strategic Alignment

Session Title: Building Growth Through Partnership: A Practical Avia Playbook for Brand + Performance on Meta
When: Thursday, March 12 | 2:00 PM — 2:30 PM
Where: Room 2024, West Hall

Teaming up with Meta, AviaGames will share insights on aligning brand and performance marketing strategies. The session will cover lessons learned from testing, collaboration, and combining storytelling with data-driven growth strategies to support sustainable expansion.

Connecting at GDC

With 2026 marking its 10th anniversary year, AviaGames’ presence at GDC offers an opportunity to meet partners, industry peers, and potential hires in person. Those attending the conference can visit Booth #656 to discuss payments innovation, growth strategy, fair competition systems, and open roles.
