Awards in the gaming industry usually focus on product success, downloads, or revenue milestones. But in 2026, AviaGames CEO Vickie Chen received a Platinum recognition at the TITAN Women in Business Awards, highlighting something broader: the growing importance of leadership, innovation, and long-term impact within mobile gaming.

Vickie received the Platinum Award for Outstanding Chief Executive Officer , the highest recognition within the category. The honor recognized her role in helping expand AviaGames while also supporting initiatives tied to inclusivity, mentorship, and community programs.

A Different Kind of Growth Story

Over the years, AviaGames has grown into one of the Top 40 global mobile gaming companies by revenue, with titles including Solitaire Clash, Bingo Tour, Bingo Clash, and 8 Ball Strike helping build the company’s presence in the world of skill-based real money games .

What makes the recognition notable is that it wasn’t tied to a single game launch or campaign. Instead, the award reflected a combination of business growth, leadership direction, and company culture.

Chen has spent more than two decades in the gaming industry, helping guide the AviaGames expansion while continuing to focus on accessible gameplay and player-focused experiences. At the same time, she has also supported mentorship opportunities and initiatives aimed at encouraging more women to pursue leadership roles in technology and gaming.

Leadership Beyond the Gaming Industry

Another reason the recognition attracted attention was the company’s continued involvement in community-focused initiatives. Under Chen’s leadership, campaigns like Play for Paws and Wonderland Wishes helped support causes connected to animal welfare and foster youth programs.

The recognition also followed previous industry honors, including Chen being named a finalist at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

Outside of awards, Chen has continued participating in industry conversations around gaming and player experience. During GDC 2026, she joined discussions focused on payment systems, transparency, and how mobile platforms continue to shape player engagement.

As mobile gaming becomes increasingly competitive, recognitions like the TITAN Platinum Award show that industry leadership is no longer measured only by growth numbers, but also by long-term impact, innovation, and community involvement.
