Is Data Science is machine learning?

Machine learning typically and primarily involves being concerned with the development of new algorithms and model building while Data science is concerned with answering scientific question to solve business or real-world problems.
While Data Science uses Machine learning algorithms to draw insights from raw data to results, although used interchangeably, data science is not machine learning.
