I made a simple Typescript template

Too many templates out there, another one wouldn't hurt 🙃.

This one aims to provide minimal boilerplate to get cracking on with your node.js + Typescript project, without bothering about writing out the tsconfig.json. It only contains typescript, prettier and @types/node as dev dependencies.
